Refund Policy

By using The Elite Pass services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. The Elite Pass is NOT the Event Organizer

The Elite Pass provides a platform for event listings and ticketing. We:

Event Organizers are solely responsible for hosting events, providing accurate info, and creating refund policies. The Elite Pass only facilitates listing, ticketing, payments, and attendee management.

2. Refund Requests Must Be Sent to the Organizer First

All ticket purchases are transactions between the Consumer and Organizer. Consumers must contact the event Organizer directly for:

4. Refunds for Canceled, Postponed, or Changed Events

If an event is canceled, the Organizer must provide refunds per their policy. If processed through The Elite Pass Payment System, we may issue refunds on the Organizer’s behalf, but the Organizer remains financially responsible.

5. The Elite Pass Fees Are Non-Refundable

Unless required by law or explicitly stated, platform fees, service charges, payment processing, and convenience fees are non-refundable.

Tickets are non-refundable if you miss the event, arrive late, violate rules, or cannot attend due to personal reasons. Exceptions apply only if the Organizer’s policy allows.

Organizers must follow all applicable laws. The Elite Pass may intervene if legal obligations are violated, though Organizers remain financially liable.

11. The Elite Pass Right to Intervene

12. Duplicate Purchases & Mistaken Orders

Contact the Organizer immediately. Refund eligibility depends on their policy. The Elite Pass may assist, but the Organizer makes the final decision.

13. Refunds for Add-ons, Merchandise, or Additional Services

Refunds for VIP packages, merchandise, hospitality, meals, or upgrades are determined by the Organizer or vendor. The Elite Pass is not responsible.
