Welcome to The Elite Pass (theelitepass.com). We are committed to building a safe, trusted, and respectful community where Organizers can create events, Consumers can attend them confidently, and everyone can connect through meaningful experiences. By using The Elite Pass, you agree to follow these rules. Violations may result in suspension, termination, content removal, or other actions.

1. Be Safe. Safety Comes First.

• Do not host or promote events that pose safety risks
• Avoid hazardous, illegal, or irresponsible activities
• Follow venue capacity laws and fire/safety regulations
• Prevent dangerous behavior in events
• Do not encourage harm or self-harm
• Sell tickets only to safe and licensed venues
• Use proper permits for equipment, staging, vehicles, or pyrotechnics

Events with minors must follow strict child safety and supervision rules.

2. Follow All Laws & Local Regulations

• Comply with local, state, and national laws
• Follow venue rules and licensing requirements
• Adhere to ticketing, consumer protection, and safety laws
• Meet tax and financial reporting obligations
• Respect age restrictions and alcohol regulations
• Ensure music licensing and copyright compliance

3. No Harmful, Illegal, or Restricted Activities

You must not use The Elite Pass for:

• Illegal activities (drug distribution, prostitution, unauthorized gambling, fraud, scams)
• Hate speech or promoting extremist, violent, or discriminatory events
• Violence, abuse, self-harm, criminal behavior, or unlicensed weapon sales
• Adult explicit content without legal permission and pre-approval

4. Respect Others — No Harassment or Abuse

• No harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, or intimidation
• No sexual harassment, misconduct, or abusive communication
• No discriminatory remarks

5. Honest, Transparent & Accurate Communication

• No misrepresentation of identity or attendance
• No misleading event descriptions or hidden fees
• No fake reviews or deceptive marketing

6. No Spam, Scams, or Fraudulent Activity

• No fake events, pyramid schemes, or investment scams
• No selling unauthorized or counterfeit products
• No account takeovers, review manipulation, or mass unsolicited messaging

7. Respect Intellectual Property (IP)

• Upload only content you own or have rights to
• No copyrighted music, videos, or images without permission
• Repeated IP infringement may result in account termination

8. Protect Privacy & Personal Data

• No sharing attendee data without consent
• No misuse of emails or phone numbers
• Comply with data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

9. Responsible Use of Platform Tools

• No multiple fake accounts or ticket manipulation
• No hacking, disrupting, or overloading systems
• No abuse of promo codes or data exports without permission

10. Accessible & Inclusive Events

• List accessibility features clearly
• Provide contact info for accommodation requests
• Follow venue safety standards
• Avoid discriminatory restrictions

11. Attendee Responsibilities

• Follow event rules and instructions
• Respect venue staff, organizers, and other attendees
• Do not use invalid, refunded, or fake tickets
• Follow age restrictions and pay legitimately

12. Organizer Responsibilities

• Deliver events as described and maintain quality & safety
• Respond promptly to attendees
• Publish accurate refund policies and manage complaints professionally
• Prevent harassment or unsafe behavior

13. Enforcement Actions

• Warnings, content removal, event suspension, ticket sales pause
• Account suspension or permanent removal
• Withholding payouts or legal action for severe violations

14. Reporting Violations

If you see unsafe or inappropriate behavior:

• Subject: Community Guidelines Violation Report
• Include event name, user details, evidence, and description

15. Updates to These Guidelines

We may revise these guidelines to keep the community safe and compliant. Updates will be communicated via email, website notice, and updated effective date. Continued use of The Elite Pass indicates acceptance.
